At Bellamy Contracting, we believe in building more than just spaces, we build legacies.
Founded by Dempsey and Roberto, both born and raised on Bellamy Street in the Netherlands, Bellamy is more than just a name. It’s a tribute to a shared upbringing in a proud Filipino and Cape Verdean household in Rotterdam - The Netherlands, where craftsmanship, culture, and community stood at the core of daily life. From an early age, we were immersed in an environment shaped by design, discipline, and deep-rooted family values, the same values that continue to drive Bellamy’s purpose today.
Dempsey’s career has been rooted in the commercial and talent-brokering world, where he built a strong track record connecting supply and demand in highly competitive technical sectors. As Team Manager in the electro- and installation engineering industry, he has partnered with leading multinationals, aligning client needs with the right expertise to deliver results at scale. His approach blends sharp commercial insight with a people-first mindset, ensuring that every project, team, and partnership is set up for long-term success.
Roberto's professional journey spans over a decade, across international markets — from government-led design programs to UNESCO-recognized social projects. We’ve worked on impactful architecture, social housing, and urban innovation, guided by a commitment to quality, relevance, and integrity.
Every Bellamy project is guided by the highest benchmarks of professionalism and aesthetic sensitivity, we don't just renovate spaces, we elevate homes. Qualified by the Bellamy Standard, each project is a reflection of real people, real needs, and real stories.
